"Philanthropy and Grant Making"

Learn the fundamentals of fundraising for social change and participate as a Board Trustee to award $5,000-$15,000 grants to local CBOs through the Students4Giving Philanthropy Project.  Since 2007, over 330 students have awarded $275,900 to more than 46 local Community Benefit Organizations (CBOs).

"Entrepreneurial Approaches to Sustainable CBOs"

Learn how community organizations create real change in communities and acquire tools to help organizational leaders think outside the box to solve tough challenges in our community.  Meet innovative social entrepreneurs making a difference in Fresno and discover ways to help organizations survive financially for the long haul.

Students4Giving Project

Since 2007, over 330 students have awarded $275,900 to more than 46 local Community Benefit Organizations (CBOs).  

The “Final Exam” involves planning a Press Conference and celebrating the organizations selected for the grants each spring.
